I Nr. 55/2016 and the Documentation on Education Act – BiDokG, Federal Law Gazette I No. 55/2016). No personal data will be forwarded to any third parties without your explicit consent.

It should be noted that the transfer of data happens in the internet (e.g. by communication via email) may have security vulnerability and cannot be completely protected from being accessed by third parties.

Application forms

If you send inquiries per application form, the data given by you on the application form including the contact information provided by you for processing purposes or follow-up questions will be stored. These data will not be forwarded on the basis of your explicit request.

You can recognise an encrypted connection as the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" as well as on the lock symbol in the browser line.

Payment provider

To enable a secure and smooth payment process, we use online payment systems on our website. The payment processing is carried out by the payment provider selected by you. Personal data is also sent to the respective payment provider, stored and processed there.

Depending on the payment provider, different data will be processed. Basically, data such as name, address, credit card number will be processed. AAIS does not store any of your payment information.
